- Running an effective meeting:
 - Always have a well-prepared agenda, and share it with the clients ahead of time.
 - Start the meeting by asking for updates from the clients to understand their priorities.
 - Highlight important client preferences or concerns during the meeting and in the notes.
 - Maintain a steady pace during the meeting, adjusting if needed but avoiding being too slow.
 - Recognize and respect decisions made by clients without questioning or revisiting them.
 - Avoid going off-topic or getting into rabbit holes; move non-essential discussions offline.
 - When CEOs are present, show respect and importance by giving them focused attention.
