 - Utilize Monday emails to update clients on project status and calm their anxieties.
 - See the project through the client's perspective and address their priorities.
 - Present options instead of a blank sheet of paper to facilitate decision-making.
 - Offer three options with one being easy to say no to, empowering clients to make decisions.
 - Use presumptive close techniques to prompt clients to make choices.
 - Set deadlines and communicate the consequences of delaying decisions.
 - Apply the "fast, cheap, or good" principle to help clients prioritize their choices.
 - Order extra resources and materials as needed to ensure project success and avoid last-minute shortages
