Heather founded Caspian Agency in 2005. Her expertise in the innovation and social good business space have led to successful projects for the Skoll Foundation, Oxford University, the Rockefeller Foundation, San Diego Zoo, United Nations, Keurig Coffee and Participant Media, among many other high-impact organizations.

Heather created the Caspian 10 Essentials methodology to ensure business goals could be consistently mapped and met. The Caspian 10 Essentials are now a training program taught internationally for clients including Oxford University, Swansea University, Kew Foundation and Impact 2030.

Heather is a board member of Social Venture Network (SVN), is a member of SPIN, and has been featured in Collaborate and Successful Meetings magazine.

Heather as also spoken at CVENT Connect the past three years, undertaken webinars and podcasts. She has also been named Top 500 Event Producers of 2018 by BizBash.
